Located in Frisco, Texas, the Frisco Blackbirds Cadet Squadron prepares teens to serve their community and nation through programs in moral leadership, aerospace education, emergency services and physical training. The squadron is part of the Texas Wing of the Civil Air Patrol (CAP).
The United States Air Force Auxiliary, CAP conducts over 85% of inland search and rescue missions in the U.S. CAP members also provide disaster relief support, counterdrug reconnaissance and humanitarian assistance. Our members are volunteers from all walks of life. Our motto is Semper vigilans, "always vigilant."
